Andrew J. Pestcoe, D.O.
Dr. Pestcoe is board certified in Otolaryngology as well as Oro-Facial Plastic Surgery, having completed residency training from Union -St. Barnabas Hospitals (New Jersey). Additional training was received in General Surgery at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey as well as Metropolitan Hospital, Parkview Division, Philadelphia.
Dr Pestcoe is a graduate of the University of Health Sciences, College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kansas City as well as an honours graduate of Temple University, Philadelphia. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Osteopathic Medical Association, American Osteopathic Association, and the American Osteopathic College of Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery. Dr. Pestcoe maintains Staff and Teaching privileges at The Lehigh Valley and St. Luke's Hospital Systems. Dr. Pestcoe's special interests include pediatric surgery, endoscopic sinus surgery, and surgery involving diseases of the ear, including surgery for hearing restoration.
Edward Tomkin, D.O.
Board Certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Ophthalmology and Otolaryngology- Head and Neck Surgery, Dr. Tomkin is affiliated with
Lehigh Valley Hospital (Allentown/Bethlehem, PA ) and Sacred Heart Hospital (Allentown, PA) as well as St. Luke’s Hospital (Allentown/Bethlehem, PA)
where he has served as chief of otolaryngology at the Allentown campus. Dr. Tomkin is a cum laude graduate of Muhlenberg College and a graduate of
the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine where he is on the Adjunct faculty.
He completed residency training in Otorhinolaryngology and Facial
Plastic Surgery at the Osteopathic Medical Center of Philadelphia. Dr. Tomkin also received specialty training at the Medical College of Pennsylvania,
The Graduate Hospital, Philadelphia, PA and Buffalo General Hospital, Buffalo, NY. Dr. Tomkin has been elected a Fellow of the American Academy of
Otolaryngology - Head a Neck Surgery. He also holds membership in the American Osteopathic College of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery, the
American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy, the American Sleep Disorders Association, the American Osteopathic Association, the Pennsylvania Academy of
Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery, the Pennsylvania Medical Society, the Pennsylvania Osteopathic Medical Association, the Lehigh County
Osteopathic Society as well as the Lehigh County Medical Society. Dr. Tomkin holds a faculty appointment at DeSales
University as a Clinical Associate Professor and is also a member of the ENT
Alliance of the University of Pennsylvania Health System. He has practiced in the Lehigh Valley since 1990.
Edward Minger, MS, PA-C
A board certified Physician Assistant, Mr. Minger received his medical training at the Milton S. Hershey Medical Center of the Pennsylvania State University, where he graduated with distinction. He also holds a B.S. from the State University of New York and an M.S. from the University of Nebraska. For many years he was the Chief Physician Assistant at St. Luke's Hospital in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania where he managed a large department in addition to providing a wide variety of medical and surgical services. Mr. Minger holds a commission as a Lieutenant Commander in the United States Naval Reserve. He has served in Operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm. He is a Clinical Assistant Professor at Desales University and a Clinical Preceptor at King's College and Philadelphia University. Mr. Minger is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assisants and the Pennsylvania Society of Physician Assistants.
